Our products are vacuum-packed and flash frozen at the peak of aged tenderness then packed in a reusable insulated container containing ice packs. Your products may arrive completely frozen or thawed and cool to the touch. If you are wanting to cook your products for a particular date, we suggest having your package arrive a few days in advance to allow the products to properly thaw in the refrigerator. All packages, except gift certificates, are delivered within 1-2 days from the time of shipping. Your shipping rate for UPS will be based off of the dimensions of the box with the applicable weight. Pomponio Ranch Meat ships to all physical addresses in the continental United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders are shipped with ‘No Signature Required’.

Important: All shipments require a physical street address (unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes). * Pomponio Ranch Meat is not responsible for damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Missing items

Please contact us with any issues with your order. Resolutions to reported issues may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next order or a partial/full refund.

Shipping with UPS

All orders received by 10AM on Wednesdays will be shipped that day. Any order received later than 10AM on Wednesday will be shipped the following Wednesday. 

Orders may be placed anytime, and will be shipped on Wednesdays for Thursday or Friday Deliveries. In some cases a Saturday delivery may occur.
