Grilled Ribeyes with Tiger Sauce


Ingredients for Tiger Sauce:
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, stems removed
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro or parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime 
Directions for Tiger Sauce:
  1. Mix the cherry tomatoes with the olive oil and pour onto a sheet pan.
  2. Brown the cherry tomatoes under a broiler or with a propane torch.
  3. Mix the cherry tomatoes with the remaining ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. You can also use a food processor to chop the ingredients and blend in the cherry tomatoes, but try not to over-puree the items. Simply use the pulse setting to achieve a course chop.
  4. Serve with steak or any grilled item.

Directions for Grilling your Ribeye:

  1. Oil your steak and season with salt and pepper or your favorite steak seasoning.
