Grilled Ribeyes with Tiger Sauce
Ingredients for Tiger Sauce:
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, stems removed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro or parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- Mix the cherry tomatoes with the olive oil and pour onto a sheet pan.
- Brown the cherry tomatoes under a broiler or with a propane torch.
- Mix the cherry tomatoes with the remaining ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. You can also use a food processor to chop the ingredients and blend in the cherry tomatoes, but try not to over-puree the items. Simply use the pulse setting to achieve a course chop.
- Serve with steak or any grilled item.
Directions for Grilling your Ribeye:
- Oil your steak and season with salt and pepper or your favorite steak seasoning.
