Carne Asada Taco Platter
Ingredients:
1 package Pomponio Ranch Carne Asada steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp chili pepper
Pinch salt
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
8 corn tortillas, warmed
1 cup sliced radishes
3 cups cooked rice
Garnishes and condiments: salsa, chopped onion, chopped green onion, lime wedges, queso blanco cheese, cilantro, avocado wedges
Directions:
1. Combine the seasonings for the Carne Asada steaks in a bowl.
2. Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Season the meat and cook fast in the pan, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Remove the meat from the heat, allow to rest a few minutes, and cut into slices.
5. Assemble the tacos using 2 corn tortillas each and one quarter of the meat.
6. Add a few onions and tacos.
7. Place them on a platter with the rice, extra meat, avocado wedges, and radishes.
Serve the tacos warm with all the fixings!
