Beef Kabobs
Ingredients:
1 package Pomponio Ranch Beef Kabob meat
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 red bell pepper, cut in cubes
1 green bell pepper, cut in cubes
1 yellow bell pepper, cut in cubes
1 red onion cut in cubes
Italian dressing or garlic dressing
Red pepper flakes
Sea salt
Bamboo skewers
Directions:
1. Cut up bell peppers and onions.
2. Make 4 kabobs using the bamboo skewers and season them with salt and pepper. For color rotate 1 meat cube, 1 onion piece, 1 red, 1 green, and 1 yellow bell pepper.
3. Heat a large cast iron grill pan over medium- high.
4. Add the oil.
5. Grill the kabobs until the meat is medium rare, turning occasionally, cooking about 8 to 12 minutes.
6. Remove from the pan and place on a platter.
Serve with condiments and a side of rice.
